As I sit in my comfortable family room, 6 weeks prior to turning 55 years old, I am once again surprised by your arrogance at your Senate recess appointment of Donald Berwick as head of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. President Obama...you knew that this terrible doctor of death, I mean appointment, would not pass muster so you took the opportunity to press on while the Senate is home celebrating Independendce Day. Independence Day...that is irony for you! I fear that my country and my countrymen are in deep trouble with my clear understanding that after a certain age we will all be disposable with our health care doled out according to a cost benefit analysis.
